After a string of recent consistent performances 4 year old Somebeachsomewhere gelding Arden's Reality has ended his racing season with a nice win in the Coca-Cola Mobile Pace on June 25th at Addington. This takes his tally for the 2021 season to 3 wins, 3 seconds and a third and his lifetime successes to 5 wins, 4 seconds and 2 thirds, with stake earnings of $53,330. Judy and John are part of The Slice of Heaven Syndicate who own the horse and he races in the Arden purple colours.
Trainer Grant Payne has got on well with the horse and on several occasions had he had a bit more luck in the running his results would have been even better. He has consistently finished his races strongly and when driver Tim Williams has been able to put the horse in the right spot Arden's Reality has been able to take the win. Tim has been in the sulky for each of his three wins.
Arden's Reality is out of a Badlands Hanover mare Real Wings. She is at the wintering block in foal to Captaintreacherous.
Real Wings has a 3 year old Bettor's Delight colt Arden Velocity who has had 3 starts now for 2 seconds and a third. She also has a full brother to Arden's Reality called Arden Believer and he has qualified as a two year old, an Art Major filly who was sold at the 2021 Yearling Sales called Divine Arden and a Lazarus colt who has just been registered as Uniquely Arden. He looks great and is a lovely natured colt.
